Ensorcell Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian company. In 1995, Ensorcell's Cartography department was formed to undertake DTM and Clutter files generation to support a local wireless network operator. By the end of the year, the first 50M DTM for West Malaysia was successfully developed using ATDI's ICS MapServer software. ATDI's ICS MapServer is an accompanied software in the ATDI most popular Radio Network Planning Suite, namely ICS Telecom Radio Network Planning Suite. ICS Telecom supports virtually all radio technology in operation ranging from 30MHz through 400GHz operating frequency. The tool suite provides unprecedented number of features offering both new and experienced users unparalleled resources and productive environment.

Readily embracing new technology is such a unique tool suite ICS Telecom. RF engineers and RF Network planners could easily experiment new technology while the standardization is in progress. 3G, DVB-T, WiMAX and now LTE are among many technologies and services that was added on to ICS Telecom while the standard is in various stages of their formulation.
